Get Started with Survey Tool (Qualtrics)

Overview

UAA provides unlimited surveys and responses to UAA students, staff, and faculty. UAA uses Qualtrics online survey software to provide its survey tool.

What materials do I need?

• UA email address (UaUsername@alaska.edu) and current UA password.
  • If you forgot your UA username or password, please visit the ME.UAA account recovery website.
• Web browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc)
  • For additional information on Qualtrics and browser support, navigate to the Qualtrics Browser Compatibility page.

How do I use this technology?

1. Using your preferred web browser, go to https://uaa.co1.qualtrics.com/.
2. Log in with your UA email address and current UA password.
   
    
   1. If you forgot your UA username or password, please visit the ME.UAA account recovery website.
3. Once you are logged in, you will taken to the Home page of your Qualtrics account. Qualtrics is now ready to use.

Need additional help or have issues

For support for technical issues and training assistance provided by the Qualtrics support team, please contact Qualtrics Support. This feature is available to all UA users.

For UA login support or general survey questions, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Support for a UA Account or Support for Surveys and Online Forms form, respectively. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
