Overview
This article contains instructions on how to connect to the UAA WiFi - Anchorage network for individuals on computers running macOS.

- Mac Computer
- UA Credentials
- Wifi Capability
How do I use this technology?
- In the macOS Menu bar click the Wi-Fi status icon (typically located in the upper-right corner of the screen).
- Click UAA-WiFi Anchorage network.
- You will then be asked for your credentials. Enter your UA credentials and click Join.
- Congratulations you are connected.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket via the UAA Support Portal. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
