Connect to UAA WiFi - Anchorage on macOS

Overview

This article contains instructions on how to connect to the UAA WiFi - Anchorage network for individuals on computers running macOS.

 

What materials do I need?

  • Mac Computer
  • UA Credentials
  • Wifi Capability 

 

How do I use this technology?

  1. In the macOS Menu bar click the Wi-Fi status icon (typically located in the upper-right corner of the screen).
  2. Click UAA-WiFi Anchorage network.

  3. You will then be asked for your credentials. Enter your UA credentials and click Join.

  4. Congratulations you are connected.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket via the UAA Support Portal. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
