Connect to UAA WiFi - Anchorage on iOS/iPadOS

Overview

This article contains instructions on how to connect to the UAA WiFi - Anchorage wireless network for devices running iOS/iPadOS.

 

What materials do I need?

  • Apple Mobile Device 
  • UA Credentials
  • Wifi Capability 

 

How do I use this technology?

  1. On the iOS/iPadOS device Home screen touch Settings.
  2. Touch Wi-Fi.
  3. Touch UAA-WiFi Anchorage.

  4. You will then be asked for your credentials. Enter your UA credentials and touch Join.

     
  5. You will be prompted to accept a network security certificate, touch Trust (first time login only).

     
  6. Congratulations you are connected.

     

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket via the UAA Support Portal. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
