Overview
This article contains instructions on how to connect to the UAA WiFi - Anchorage wireless network for devices running iOS/iPadOS.
What materials do I need?
- Apple Mobile Device
- UA Credentials
- Wifi Capability
How do I use this technology?
- On the iOS/iPadOS device Home screen touch Settings.
- Touch Wi-Fi.
- Touch UAA-WiFi Anchorage.
- You will then be asked for your credentials. Enter your UA credentials and touch Join.
- You will be prompted to accept a network security certificate, touch Trust (first time login only).
- Congratulations you are connected.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket via the UAA Support Portal. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
