Service requests and management of audio, and visual equipment such as data projectors, DVD/Blu-ray players, overhead projectors, and more available within classrooms, conference rooms, and other campus spaces.

Requirements
- A valid UA ID card must be presented at time of checkout.
- Equipment reservations, and delivery requests require at least one (1) full business day (24 hours) notice.
- Equipment check-outs and returns must be made during normal operating hours.
- For deliveries, all setup times must be during normal operating hours.
Cost
All equipment is free to borrow for up to 24 hours. Late fees may be assessed to the requestor/requesting department for equipment that is not returned.
Availability
Audio/Video equipment deliveries can only be made to University of Alaska Anchorage facilities. Equipment reservations must be done through UAA's Scheduling & Space Management System (SSMS). Equipment requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis based upon equipment availability.
