University computer labs the provide customers with an extensive software library installed on Windows and Mac workstations. Many facilities offer printing via the Managed Print service. Some facilities may be staffed with student lab consultants that are available to provide limited support and training for resources within the facility.
Additionally, many computer labs are completely virtual and accessible outside of lab locations. This Virtual Desktop option gives UA customers access to a Windows Desktop from anywhere on almost any device. With a Virtual Desktop, you can also easily access network shared drives, as well as many other widely used resources on the University network.
