IT Monitoring & Alerting

IT Services offers monitoring and alerting solutions for servers hosted, and managed by IT Services. The monitoring can be configured to monitor a base level of server metrics, and the alerting can be configured on various pre-determined event thresholds.

Requirements

  • Equipment must be hosted, and managed by IT Services.

Cost

There is no charge for use of this service.

Availability

24 hours a day 7 days a week exclusions are,

  • During scheduled updated or upgrades that require the system to be unavailable. You can see service availability on the UAA Service Status page.

Supported By

UAA IT Services. For support, requests may be submitted anytime via the links on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
