Suspicious Email

This service is used to report malicious spam emails or phishing attempts sent to or from university email addresses.

Requirements

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

• A copy of the original message with headers. Please reference the following URL for assistance on how to do this: Gmail: Trace an email with its full headers.
• Senders email address

Cost

There is no cost to the university community associated with this service.

Availability

Suspicious email reports are processed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Supported By

This service is provided by UAA IT Services. Requests for this service may be submitted anytime via the Request button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
