Request assistance with setting up hardware or software, or performing repairs or maintenance on a university owned computer.

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

  • If computer is not being dropped off at the IT office, building and room where the computer is located
  • Service tag and/or serial number of equipment
  • Org and Fund numbers where applicable
  • Indication of whether or not this should be treated as a work stoppage. If this is a work stoppage, please contact the Technical Service Center directly to provide them with this ticket number so a technician can be dispatched to your location as soon as possible.
