Email Monitor Attachment Support

Overview

The UA Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system allows files to be attached to tickets via email, including Email Monitors for ticket creation, and Email Replies for replying to messages from the system. For security reasons, not all file types are supported and there is file size limits.

Supported Attachment Types

Any file type not included in the list below will be ignored by the email service. Files with any of the following extensions are supported and will be linked to the appropriate ticket when processed by the email service.

Supported Attachment Size

The ESM email service supports a maximum attachment size of ~ 20 MB.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
