Overview
Honorlock’s exam proctoring software monitors each student’s exam session and alerts a live, US-based test proctor if it detects any potential problems. This guide is to help show Faculty how to apply a Test or Exam in their Learning Management System (Blackboard) Original Course with Honorlock.

- Login to Learning Management System (Blackboard)
- Click on the course with the HonorLock tool
- Navigate to the Content Area of the Blackboard Original course shel
- In the Content Area, Select Assessments
- Select Test
- Choose the Test to add the Content Area
- Click Submit
- After Clicking Submit, the Test Options will appear
- Set the Display After date and the Display Until date

Set the Due Date
Important
A Display After date and the Display Until date as well as a Due Date must be set for the exam before you can enable Honorlock Proctoring. Do not create a password, as Honorlock auto-fills that field when it's enabled.

In the Honorlock section, Click the blue Click to Enable button

This will open the Honorlock settings menu. These settings can be configured for each proctored exam individually or you can create an Exam Profile that can be applied to all proctored exams. From this settings menu you can choose who is notified if any activity is flagged during the exam, set the authorized and restricted activities for the exam, and add accommodations and exceptions.

Click Save

Click Submit

The test will show in the HonorLock Exam List

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Learning Management System (LMS) form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
