Overview
The Cisco media player is used to record greeting in the Voicemail portal. For more information please read the Cisco VoIP Voicemail article.
You can toggle between phone and computer mode. In computer mode, you will use your computer to play, and record greetings. In telephone mode, the UAA VoIP system will call you one your assigned office phone number and you will use your telephone to play and record greetings. If you are not in your office, you can use the Cisco Jabber softphone if your account has been enabled for its use.
