Overview
After a person creates a project request within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system, if the project request has not already been made an approved project, the requestor may view the current status of the project request using the steps detailed below. If the project request has not yet been submitted, the requestor may complete any outstanding sections and then submit the request.
What materials do I need?
- Internet access
- A valid University of Alaska (UA) Identity
- Access to ESM Service Portal
- The requestor of the project request
How do I use this technology?
- Access the UA ESM Service Portal
- Click on Services.
- Click on Project Requests.
- Find the project request you wish to review.
- Click the Project Request Name to open request.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
