In-Person Visits (By Appointment Only)

The IT Services front office does not offer walk-in support. In-person visits, such as dropping off or picking up equipment, are by appointment only and are scheduled through the Technical Support Center.

  1. Contact the Technical Support Center by phone, email, or the service portal. A technician will create a ticket for your request.
  2. If your request needs an in-person visit, the technician will send you a link to the IT Services Appointment Calendar. Or schedule one with you on the phone
  3. Choose an available time and include your ticket number when you book.
  4. Alternatively, the field service technician will schedule an appointment to meet up with you.

Appointments take place at the IT Services front office in the Social Sciences Building (SSB), Room 120.

Interactive Desktop Support

Students and Employees (Staff/Faculty)

A Technical Support Center technician can connect to your computer remotely to troubleshoot. During your call, the technician will give you a link or code to start the remote session, and you must approve the connection before they can see your screen. The technician can then see your computer and help you make any needed changes. You can end the session at any time.
