Delete a Project Announcement

Overview

Deleting announcements from the project will remove any of the content that was shared with the members of the project. Any member logging in will no longer be able to see the actual announcement. However, if Notify user about announcements was checked then an email message will still have gone out to the members.

What materials do I need?

  • Internet access
  • Access to TDWorkManagement
  • Access to Project Management app

How do I use this technology?

  1. Login to ESM TDWorkManagement.
  2. Click View Applications.
  3. Click Projects.
  4. Open the appropriate Project.
  5. The Project will open in a new application tab.
  6. From the left sub navigation, click Announcements.
  7. Click the title of the appropriate announcement in the list.
  8. In the Announcement Detail window, click the Delete button.
  9. On the confirmation popup, click OK.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
