Edit Contact Center Hours of Operation (Amazon Connect)

Overview

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to edit a contact center's hours of operation in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

  1. Log into Amazon Connect
  2. In Applications, select the Amazon Connect instance.

  3. Select the Routing (Flow Connect icon) and Select Hours of Operation

  4. Select the Name of hours to make changes to.

  5. In the Settings section, change hours as needed.

  6. Click Save

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
