Overview
Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to delete an issue on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
Important
The individual must have appropriate the ESM system role in order to delete issues.
How do I use this technology?
To delete an issue:
- In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
- Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
- From the left sub navigation, click Issues.
- Click the Title link of the issue you’d like to delete.
- The Issue detail window will open.
- Click Actions button.
- Click Delete.
- In the confirmation popup dialog, click Ok.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
