How do I use this technology?
Connecting to UAA Wifi - Anchorage
- Navigate to your devices network settings and select UAA-Wifi Anchorage and select connect.
- You will then be asked for your credentials.
- For the authentication method select PEAP
- Enter your UA user name as the identity
- Enter your UA password
- Under CA Certificate select use system certificates
- Under domain enter uaa.alaska.edu
Then tap connect
- Congratulations you are connected.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket via the UAA Support Portal. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
