Overview
This how-to article will help App Admins to edit existing forms for Ticketing applications using the TDAdmin interface. The individual must have App Admin permission to their ticketing application. App Admins can edit forms for internal use, or ones that will be linked to a Service, or Service Offering on the Service Portal.
Tip
Depending on the changes being made to an existing form, it may be desirable to make the changes in the Sandbox instance first in order to test the changes before replicating them in production.
What materials do I need?
- Access to ESM TDNext
- Assigned App Admin role for one or more ticketing applications

Edit Ticket Form
To edit a Ticket form:
- In TDAdmin click Forms.
- In the Forms list click the Name of the form you want to edit.
- The form will open in the Designer view in a new browser tab/window.
- Add, remove, and reorder attributes on the form.
- Click Save when your form design is complete.
Tip
You should Save your form progress anytime you:
- Make enough changes that you would dislike having to redo.
- Need to refresh the list of available attributes.
- You want to Preview the progress.
Is there any additional information I should know about?
Custom attribute can be created either through the form Designer view by clicking Add New Field, or by creating them in the Attributes section of TDAdmin. Additional information about custom attributes can be found within the following KB articles.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
