The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system allows Web Services steps to be added to a workflows like any other step. The system queues up web service calls and process that queue every 15 minutes. The calls may take 15 minutes to fire, and then the system will try to handle the results on the next pass (up to 15 minutes later).
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
