Overview
The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) allows project managers, and alternate managers to add baselines to projects. The primary reason for establishing a project baseline is for later comparison to measure progress and performance against the original plan, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring accountability. Adding project baslines can help understand how the status of a project over time contribute to the completion of the project goals.
Important
Each project can have up to ten baselines.
