Overview
Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to make changes to an existing issue on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
How do I use this technology?
To email the creator of an issue:
- In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
- Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
- From the left sub navigation, click Issues.
- Click the Title link of the issue whose creator you want to email.
- In the Issue Detail popup window, click the name of the creator to the right of the creation date of the issue.
- In the Person Detail popup window, click the email address of the creator.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
