Overview
Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to view a history of who viewed an issue, and when, on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
How do I use this technology?
To view the Read By history of an issue:
- In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
- Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
- From the left sub navigation, click Issues.
- Click the Title link of the issue whose history you’d like to view.
- The Issue details window will open.
- On the right side, beneath Responsible, will be the Read By section.
- When finished, close the Issue details window.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
