Add and Delete Issue Alert

Overview

Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to add, or remove, alert(s) to an issue on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.

How do I use this technology?

  1. In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
  2. Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
  3. From the left sub navigation, click Issues.​​​​​​
  4. The Issue detail window will open.
    • To add an alert to an issue:
      1. Click the +Add button
      2. Click Alert.
      3. In the Project Add Alert popup window, select the alert(s) you’d like to add.
      4. Click the Save button. The alerts will now appear in the My Active Alerts section of the Issue Detail window.
    • To delete an alert from an issue:
      1. Look at the My Active Alerts section of the Issue Detail window.
      2. Click the Delete link of the desired alert to remove.
  5. Close the Issue detail window.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
