The UAA IT Services Service Center is staffed 5 days a week by professional technicians. The technicians can assist you with password and PIN reset, software understanding, technical requests, as well as general questions about technology.
The Service Center is closed on all UAA Holidays.
A Microsoft Skype for Business support session will allow a Service Center technician to login to your workstation remotely and assist you will your technical concern. This requires the installation of Microsoft Lync on your computer.
A Bomgar Support session will allow a Service Center technician to login to your computer remotely. The technician can then see your workstation and assist you will making any necessary changes to help you increase your productivity.

UAA IT Services maintains a knowledge base of various articles, tutorials, and how-to's. You can also visit the self-service portal and service catalog to submit tickets on-line and receive assistance from IT Services regarding multiple computing support options.
General use computer labs are staffed with lab technicians that can help you with your password, the lab computers, the lab software, and printing. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Visit the computer labs site for more details about the support resources available.
Each community campus has a local technology department that works closely with Anchorage IT Services.
