Microsoft 365 (aka Office 365) combines the familiar Microsoft Office desktop suite with cloud-based versions of Microsoft's communications and collaboration services - including Office Web Apps, Office desktop applications, SharePoint, and Teams to help individuals be productive from virtually anywhere through the Internet.
Additionally, Microsoft 365 gives you the ability to install the full version of Microsoft Office for Mac and/or Windows on up to 5 personal computers, plus 5 mobile phones, and 5 tablets at no cost. Students are also now able to use Teams for instant messaging, audio/video calling, and have the ability to create and participate in web conferences. Each individual affiliated with the university will also have 5 Terabytes (TB) of storage for their use through OneDrive for Business provided by Microsoft 365. Live document sharing and editing is now available through Microsoft 365 with the familiar Microsoft Office applications.

This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
