Overview
Project Managers, and members can easily edit a project event or meeting to facilitate project communication and coordination. This article will walk through the process of editing an event.
Tip
Any individual that has been added to a project as a resource/member will be able to add, edit, or delete a calendar event on the project's calendar.

How do I use this technology?
Access project calendar from TDWorkManagement
- Login to ESM TDWorkManagement.
- Click View Applications.
- Click Projects.
- Open the appropriate Project.
- The Project will open in a new application tab.
- Click Calendar.
- Locate the desired event.
- Click the event name.
- Proceed to the Edit Calendar Event section below.
Access project calendar from the Service/Client Portal
- Login to ESM Service Portal.
- Click Projects.
- Click the desired Project Name.
- Click Calendar.
- Locate the desired event.
- Click the event name.
- Proceed to the Edit Calendar Event section below.
Edit Calendar Event
- A window will open displaying the event details.
- Click Edit.
- The Edit Event window will be displayed.
- Adjust the desired event information.
- If the event is a repeating event, determine if the change should be applied to all instances of the event, or just the single event selected. If all events, at the bottom of the window verify Modify repeating items as well as this one is selected.
Important
When editing only a single instance of a repeating event, make sure to open the event on the specific date desired.
- Click Save.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
