Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) is the University of Alaska's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) / project portfolio management tool. Its various components include client portals, service catalog, knowledge base, service requests, and project requests. TeamDynamix provides a robust platform for customers to find services and submit requests through a web interface as well as check on the status of their request, and provide additional information. Technicians within the system will be able to easily track work and communications through ticket completion.
