Apply Contact Center Hours of Operation (Amazon Connect)

Overview

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to apply a contact center's hours of operation in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

How do I use this technology?

  1. Log into Amazon Connect
  2. In Applications, select the Amazon Connect instance.

  3. Select Routing (Flow Connect icon) and Select Flow
    Routing to Flow
     
  4. Select the Name of the Flow that the Hours will be added
    Choose Flow Name from list
     
  5. Select the Check Hours of Operation Block 
    Check Hours of Operation Flow Block
     
  6. Check the Specific hours box
  7. Choose the Name of the Hours of Operation from the list given
    Check Hours Block Settings
     
  8. Click Save
    Check Hours Block Save button
     
  9. Click Save
    Flow Save Button
     
  10. Click Publish 
    Flow Publish Button
