25 MB is a fairly standard limit for most email systems around the world. If you need to transmit a file, or files, that is larger than 25 MB you should consider other options for sharing the file. Some available options are, but not limited to:
For support, requests may be submitted anytime by Requesting Support for the Email service. Support Requests are worked by Priority based on the Impact and Urgency of need as well as the order they are received by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
