Log in to your UA Zoom account in the Zoom app

Overview

This article will guide you into signing the Zoom application using your UA Zoom account.

Note
Although the following steps and pictures were written for Google Chrome using a Windows 11 computer, you should be able to follow them on other devices, operating systems, and web browsers. Zoom's Login process is quite similar, sometimes even identical, across multiple platforms.

  1. Ensure you are signed out of any Zoom accounts in your web browser.
  2. Ensure you have your UA Zoom account activated.
  3. Launch the Zoom app.
  4. Click the Sign In button.

  5. Click the SSO button.
    On the credentials page, select the SSO button
     
  6. Below the Sign In with SSO field, type alaska.

  7. Click the Continue button.
  8. This will launch your browser. You may need to sign into your UA Zoom account again.
    On the UA Zoom SSO page, type in your UA username and current UA password in the fields, respectively.
     
  9. A successful sign-in page will appear and Zoom may automatically re-open.
    1. Alternatively, your browser may ask you to re-open the Zoom app. Accept that prompt. For example, this is what Google Chrome will show:
      If you are using Google Chrome to sign-in, click Open Zoom Meetings
       
  10. To confirm you are logged into your UA Zoom account, click your profile picture on the top-right. You should now see your UA email.
    Clicking your profile picture should show your UA email address
