UAA IT Services will give its best effort to resolve software issues for students. The IT Technical Support Center will provide troubleshooting for most software issues at no cost.
For third-party software issues that cannot be resolved by the Technical Support Center, students may be referred to the Desktop Services for further troubleshooting.
Need Additional Help or Report an Issue
For support, requests may be submitted anytime by Requesting Support for the <Service Name and link behind it> service. Support Requests are worked by Priority based on the Impact and Urgency of need as well as the order they are received by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
